Version dated 6 September 2026. Purpose — Racinged provides account, news, messaging, support and progressively Racing Empire Director modules. Development features may change. Account — You must provide a valid email, choose a lawful username, keep your password confidential and certify that you are at least 15. Accounts are personal. Content — You remain responsible for content you publish or send. Illegal, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, malicious content or infringement of third-party rights is prohibited. Moderation may remove content or restrict an account when necessary. Messaging and support — Do not send passwords, payment data, health data or other secrets. Authorised recipients and moderators can access conversations according to their duties. AI translation — Translation may be requested explicitly and may contain errors; the original always prevails. Permission for private content is optional and revocable. Availability — The service is operated with care without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation. Irreversible actions require confirmation. Personal data — The privacy policy explains processing, retention and rights. Termination — You can delete your account under “My data”. Racinged may suspend accounts for serious breaches, security needs or legal requirements. Applicable law — French law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the user’s place of residence.
