Account: username, email, hashed password, language and theme. Optional: phone, address, avatar and description. Services: messages, tickets, comments, permissions and security logs.
Purposes
Create and secure accounts, provide messaging and support, manage permissions, publish requested contributions, prevent abuse and operate the website.
Legal bases
Performance of the terms for accounts and requested services; legitimate interests for security and administration; consent for optional features when required; legal obligations where applicable.
Artificial-intelligence translations
Public content and, only according to the account holder’s choice, certain private messages or tickets may be sent to the OpenAI API after an explicit action. Translations are stored to avoid another paid request. OpenAI is an external technical recipient; no automated decision is made.
Recipients and processors
Only authorised people access data. Necessary providers may include hosting, email delivery and OpenAI for enabled translations. Private content is never published.
Retention
Account data is retained while the account is active. Closed tickets are deleted after about 3 years, administration logs after 365 days and tokens when they expire. Backups follow a separate secure cycle.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or restriction. A response is normally provided within one month.
